We do not permit third-party advertising directly on our Website, though our social media and marketing partners may use cookies for targeted advertising as described above.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every newsletter email, or by emailing us at the address below.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware their child has provided us with information without consent, please contact us immediately at info@kenwright.com, and we will delete the information as soon as practicable.

Security

We take commercially reasonable, appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorised access. No security system can prevent all breaches; by sharing your information with us, you accept this and provide it at your own risk.

Retention

We do not retain personal data in identifiable form for longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected. Where you've signed up to our newsletter, we retain your details for as long as you remain subscribed; if you unsubscribe, we remove your details from the list.

International data transfers

We may transfer your personal data to third-party service providers located outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.
